About Us

Food is essential for life, so we support eating good food!  I have been cooking and feeding people for as long as I can remember.  Food is a love language!  As a bachelor I fed my friends when we would hang out and it earned me the name Papa.  I continued to develop more skill in cooking when my wife and my boys got me a charcoal smoker for fathers day.  Since then, my love for cooking took off!  I would feed our little could-a-sac almost every night.  Family style feasts are our favorite! I am also a nurse, and I originally began doing meal preps for myself so i could eat good solid meals when being on my feet for hours.  When I would bring these meals to work and I would heat them up my coworkers would melt over the smells the food gave off.  They inspired me to start this shenanigan and share the love of great food with all of them and more!  Our food is fresh and made with simple whole ingredients that we’ve turned into booming, satisfying flavors that will have you ordering more!  Sharing great food, and adding great food to great times is a passion of mine.  I can’t wait to share it with you!
